Weekly discussions and exercises are on a voluntary basis.  For Level One and Two, I require students to read the manual of the respective level they wish to be attuned to, and take a test before the attunement is performed.
With the Master/Teacher Level, I do require 3 essays, as well as the prospect Master/Teacher to answer various questions to ensure that they know the material. I would also require a separate test as well, before the Master/Teacher attunement is performed.
There is a 21-day waiting period in between attunements.
If a student has already been attuned to a Level prior to joining, I require them to send me a copy of the certificate (of the last Level they were attuned to). In case the certificate is lost, and/or was never issued by the first teacher, I am open for discussing the subject, and re-attune, if desired.  I am able to teach and attune students in the following Reiki disciplines once you have completed the usui course to Master status:

For these, I would require, similar to the Reiki Path of Energy, that the student studies the respective manual and take a test prior to attunement.
IF the student is already a Reiki Master/Teacher, the waiting period in between attunements for more than one discipline would be 7 days.
IF the student is not a Reiki Master/Teacher yet, the waiting period in between attunements for more than one discipline would be 21 days.
